Located at 4590 NE 2nd Ave in the Buena Vista area of Miami, BVD brings a breath of fresh French Selections, and delicious pastries.
The menu includes a large variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner that include classic Bistro dishes.
Escargot, French Onion Soup, Pâtés, and the special Croque Monsieur, and Croque Madame Facón Ducasse
Overall Ugo , the owner has designed a selection of Deli items covering an all day affair.
I know I will be visiting BVD regularly.
BVD has been open for about one year and is visited by local and French patrons.
Prices are friendly.
I ordered Escargot and French Onion Soup; I could not resist. Every time I see Onion soup in the menu I am reminded of being in Paris in a summer time and finding only one restaurant that had the soup in the menu.I remember being grateful, but I have to say the Onion Soup today at BVD es superior!
The Escargot was succulent!!
I will make BVD a second home; I hope Ugo plans to say in Miami for a long time.
I visited BVD yesterday and took home their Apple Tart Tatin and two of their Canale and was totally happy I had. Both delicious and very fresh.
Today I had to ordered the Apple Tart one more time.
Ugo’s mother Pascal is one of the chefs responsible for the Foie Gras, and the Boeuf Bourguignon which I promised to try in my next visit.
STEVE BREVIL is the savory chef; BVD also has two talented pastry chefs AZUCENA MENDOZA, and Ugo’s brother ANTOINE OUAZANA a pastry chef from Paris.
