The NY bistro is now in Miami
with the same familiar ambiance and menus.
The location in Miami is in the outer perimeter of the very busy
Wynwood fair and surrounded by art galleries
and street graffiti; Very Miami and at the same time reminiscent of the
old Meat Packing District of NY.
Walking into the dining area is a flash back to the decor
and layout of the NY restaurant; and one feels the connection
to the original Bistro.
The menus are also standart Pastis and a pleasure to explore;
and the food was perfect; service prompt; dessert delicious.
Onion soup, escargot, hanger Steak, are part of the regular menu; and one of my favorite dishes Chicken Kiev is available every Saturday.
There is a large variety of raw and cooked seafood dishes; and an extensive wine and bar menu.
Pastis remains one of my favorite places for intimate celebrations and group events.
